My Future

So I've been thinking a lot about my future lately, since I only have one year left until I graduate lol. I've been researching colleges, and I visited Biola and tried thinking of how I could afford everything I want to do. Something just never felt right though. Then on Sunday, Ashley and I were talking about it. I was really stressing out about everything. I wanted to get out on my own, but that would mean I would have HUGE student loans and I would have to pay those off before I could start my business and start a family, and I'd really like to do those things in the next 10 years and I knew that wasn't going to be possible. Then somehow we got on the topic of living somewhere other than California, and I just all of a sudden KNEW that's what I should do. So, after Ashley and I graduate, we are moving to.... Yep, South Carolina :) South Carolina had always been one of the states that I always thought about maybe moving to one day, and then Ashley said that her aunts live there and that we could maybe live with them and then everything just became so clear. We texted Ashley's aunt and she said that she would look at community colleges for us, and we looked up the price of what it would cost for us to live there, and it's definitely affordable. I'm so excited about this, I've never been so excited about anything in my whole life. And I've never been so sure of anything in my whole life either. I don't feel stressed about my future anymore, I feel like I finally know what God wants me to do with my life. I can't even describe how excited I am lol. I still have lots of things to do before I can go, but I know I can do it. Ashley and I have been thinking of ways to earn money for us to be able to get there, and it might not be easy but it's going to be so worth it. I can't wait! :)

So if anyone has any ideas of how Ashley and I could make some money, let me know! ;) lol.

Hanging With My Bestie

On Sunday, Ashley and I both had nothing to do so we went to the movies to see "I Love You, Beth Cooper". It was pretty funny. Then we went to the mall and had dinner and Greenhouse Cafe. Ashley decided to spend the night, and we spent all night talking about our future. It was really good to talk about it with her, I'm so excited about it now :) Then on Monday we had to go to see Family Feud as a fundraiser for yearbook. That was an interesting day, let's just say that lol. It was rediculously hot, and they had overbooked how many people they said to come so we didn't get to see all the tapings they told us, so we had to find other things to do, and then there was some drama. By the end of the day I just started lauging when things would go wrong lol. Then Ash decided to stay the night again. We just hung out and talked more. It was nice :)

Target, Ice Cream, and Victoria Gardens

After the party, my mom and I, and Becca stayed since we had nothing else to do for the day lol. The girls started watching High School Musical lol. They love that movie, they know all the songs because I guess they even have the CD and listen to it in the car allll the time haha. It was so funny watching them. They would get something to pretend it was a microphone and sing along and dance like they were dancing in the movie. It was hilarious, I wish I recorded it lol. Then after that, we decided to take the girls to Target because Aunt Stephanie told Isabelle that if she was a good girl, she could use her money from her piggy bank to buy a toy, and Caroline got some money for her birthday so she wanted to get something too. So we went to Target and walked all the toy isles with them while they tried to decide what toy they each want lol. I think it was the hardest decision of their lives lolol. They finally both decided on a could my little pony things that they could play together. After target, we decided to treat them to ice cream, so we went to Rite-Aid. Outside there was a little merry-go-round thing, so my mom put some quarters in for them to ride it. It was so hilarious because right when we put the quarters in it jerked so hard and scared Isabelle, her ice cream went on her lap and her spoon fell off lol. I had started recording it right then too, but I'm bummed because I didn't get her face. It was so hilarious, we were all laughing so hard lol. Then when we all got back to my aunt's house Becca and my mom and I decided it was time to go home, so we all left. But somehow my mom and I ended up at Victoria Gardens :) lol. I needed a dress to wear on Monday because we're going to Family Feud for yearbook. So we walked around there for a while. I LOVE that mall, because it's outside so walking around there on a summer night is perfect. I got some underwear from Victoria's Secret because it was 7 for $25, a dress from New York and Co. for Monday, and a cute shirt from Macy's for my senior pictures (because I've totally changed my mind about every outfit I had decided on before lolol). It was a really fun day :)

Caroline's Birthday Party!

Caroline's party was Little Mermaid themed. Everything was like "under the sea". It was so cute.

My sweet cousin Caroline is 3 today! I can't believe it, I remember when she was born. I was actually in the room when she was born lol. And now she's 3, and talking and learning and growing up way too fast...

One Week...

...until I see David Archuleta & Demi Lovato!I'm so excited to see David, I ♥ him :) lol. I'm excited to see Demi too. When I bought the tickets, I just bought them to see David, but then I decided I should listen to Demi's music, since it is her tour, and now I actually really like her lol. I like her songs, and she seems like a really nice person, like Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus lol. So I'm excited :)

4th of July

We celebrated 4th of July by having a BBQ/pool party at my Aunt Jill's house. It was fun. I love any day that consists of laying out by the pool and eating carne asada LOL. We left at like 7, so we didn't get to go watch fireworks though, which sucks =/. I love watching fireworks, but oh well. I can hear people doing them right now as I sit in my room lol.

Megan is writing a book...I mean "a story" lol. She won't let any of us read it tho =/

Biola

I visited Biola today. My mom scheduled a tour and a meeting with an admissions counselor for me. It's the school my mom really wants me to go to, and I like it too I just wish she would let me pick myself and not push this one school on me lolol. But I did really like it. The campus is really nice, and I could really see myself going there. Expensive though, but all the schools I want to go to are, since I want to go to a private Christian school. Still got a few other colleges I want to visit though :)
