Movie
I didn't take any pictures today, I was too busy. Went to an eye appointment with Ashley, went to Wal-Mart, made a German chocolate cake for the cultural unity potluck at school tomorrow, made dinner, and then finally went to see the movie Valentine's Day with Ashley and Heather! We've been trying to see this movie for like 2 weeks now lol. But it was worth the wait! I loved it! Very cute movie. Plus I love Taylor :) (both Taylors haha)

I Have a Problem
This is my closet. I absolutely, positively, cannot hang up one more single thing in there!
But, uh oh, I have all these hoodies that need to be hung up!
Oh yeah, and I also have TWO large space bags full of clothes!
Okay, so that's when I decided I need to go through my closet and get rid of some clothes. I went through all my clothes, and made a pile of what I could live without. This is the pile:
Yep...ONE skirt, and ONE sweater (and I'm only getting rid of the sweater because it's got that nasty look from being washed too many times now lol)
That's when I realized I have a problem. I am a clothes hoarder. I literally had a little meltdown because I wanted to be able to fit all my clothes perfectly in my closet, but I couldn't bring myself to get rid of anything! So I sat down and diagnosed my own problem. (Yes, I diagnose my own problems. I am my own therapist.)
I realized my clothes hoarding problem comes from two things:
1. I LOVE shopping. I could go shopping everyday if I had the money. I'm serious.
2. I love looking into my closet a feeling like I have a lot. Because, in reality, I don't have a lot of money. So I just let my clothes accumulate, even if they're super old and I haven't worn them in years. There are so many things that I can't do or can't have because I don't have the money, but clothing is the one thing I do have, so I want to hold on to it. It makes me feel good to have a lot of clothes. Really good.
So the solution?...
I need a bigger closet!! LOL

Rain and Kidney Stones
Woke up to more rain this morning...
I also woke up this morning to a note from my mom saying that she took my dad to Kaiser and to call her. Turns out he had a kidney stone. They were at the hospital pretty much all day, from like 3:30 AM till late afternoon.

Just finished reading this. Such a good book! Huge tear-jerker. I was bawling. But very, very good book.
Yesterday
I didn't blog yesterday, because I was so exhausted. I came home from school and took a nap, woke up for dinner, and then went back to bed at like 7. I was SO tired, all I could think about was sleep...so that's all I did! haha.

Okay, I know this is now my third post of the day, but I was just looking through pictures from last year and found this one and just had to post it. It makes my heart smile :) I love this girl a whole lot.

Crappy Day
No picture today. Today was just bad. Rushed to get out the house this morning, and I was just physically exhausted all day, my allergies are killing me, and then got put into a bad mood, and I wish I could just vent about it, but do I have anyone I could talk to? No. And I can't vent on here because, well, then everyone could read it, duh lol. But I got home, and in spite of all those things, I decided to go outside to take pictures of the clouds that rolled in at some point today (another bad part of today, I was hoping winter was just over early and spring was here. It was so warm this past week!) So anyways, I go outside to take pics, and it just wasn't workin' out for me. My camera wasn't focusing for some reason and it is so rediculously windy out there, my hair was flying all over, so I just gave up. I'm ready for this day to be over!
Cali To-Do List
So I don't have a picture to post today, but I still have to blog. Lately I've been thinking about the fact that I'm going to be leaving California in just a few short months, and that got me thinking that there are so many places I've never been to here and things I've never done, even though I've lived here my whole life! They're just the basic "touristy" things, but I've just never done them. So I made a list of things I want to do before I leave California. And I know there's even more things I want to do, but these are just the main ones off the top of my head:
Go to the Griffith Observatory
Hike to the Hollywood sign (well, as close as we're allowed to get)
Hollywood walk of fame
Devil’s Punchbowl
Getty Museum (I've been before, just haven't been for awhile)
Vasquez Rocks (Again, I've been before, but haven't been since I was a little kid)
Botanical Gardens
Beach Bonfire
Universal Studios (But I'll be going for senior celebration)

The Lucky One
I came home from school early today because I wasn't feeling very good. My mom has had a cold for the past week, and I think it's finally gotten to me. So once I finished my "important" classes (the ones that actually count for credit) I came home, got back in bed, and finished reading "The Lucky One" :) Cute book!

Okay, so I've been majorly lacking with blogging. Honestly, I just haven't had much to blog about. I was tuned out from the world for about a week while reading the Twilight series (ahhh! SO. GOOD. by the way!) Then I had finals (booo!), and now I'm just back in a normal routine. Wake up at the butt crack of dawn, go to school, come home, do nothing, eat dinner, do some more nothing, take a shower, and go to bed. Such an exciting teenage life, I know. But I decided to get myself back into blogging, I'm going to start taking at least one picture every day to blog. Since there's not much in my life right now to actually talk (write) about, I'll just blog pictures :) Plus it forces me to work on my photography skills everyday too. It's a win/win situation, lol.
